Jebel Ahmar is one of the Sinai’s biggest peaks with a lot of scrambling. We will walk in through Wadi el Arbain, where you can see the Rock of Moses and the ancient Monastery of the Forty Martyrs. After this, we’ll scramble all the way to the top. We can do the nerby peak of Jebel Rabba too. From here, we’ll come back down Wadi Tufaah to the town of St Katherine, walking past pretty Bedouin orchards. Tell us if you want to combine this trek with Jebel Katherina, because the two are close and are good together.
